To suit the customer requirements and to provide them flexibility that best serves their unique business requirements, we provide them with the option of selecting a particular engagement model or a combination of various models to suit various phases of a project cycle.

Effort based pricing or Time & Material
- In effort based pricing the project cost depends on the time spent and the resource deployed
- This model is particularly useful where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes during the course of the project.
- This model gives the customer greater flexibility in developing projects and changing specifications based on requirements.
Milestone-based Billing
When clients feel uncertain about project deliverables, especially while working on remote projects with a new vendor, they can opt for a milestone-based payment model. In this model, the entire project is divided into multiple phases or milestones, each with clearly defined tasks, goals, and deliverables. After the successful completion and approval of each milestone, the client makes the corresponding payment. This method allows clients to closely monitor the project’s progress, ensure quality at every stage, and maintain better control over timelines and outcomes. It also helps in building transparency, accountability, and long-term trust between both parties while reducing financial and project risks.
Dedicated Resources
Our ‘Dedicated facility’ is like an extension of the client’s own development center. In our dedicated facility we offer the best skill sets, resources, flexibility and time-to-market advantages to our clients at the same time taking all necessary efforts to protect their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). All rights to the IPR developed in the Development Facility vests with the customer. Clients can get continuous offshore support at low costs. The resources would be charged on a monthly retainer basis making the entire process even simpler.
Project based Pricing or Fixed price bid
In project-based or fixed price pricing, the total cost of the project is decided in advance based on the defined scope and requirements. This model is ideal for projects with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring cost transparency and predictable budgeting.
